The Founder and President

Angela D. Stanley Perry is a native of Dublin, Georgia and is the youngest of fourteen children conceived by Lewis and Emma Lee Stanley. . She has been preaching, singing, writing for over sixteen years. She surrendered her heart to the Lord in 1987. In 1993, she was inspired to record an inspirational album with her family; therefore, she founded the 32-member choir called the Stanley Mass Choir (SMC). An outreach ministry was later formed. Therefore, the choir became known as SMC and His Will Ministries.

In 1996, Angela relocated to Los Angeles, California and received extensive ministry and music training at True Worship Ministries International under the profound leadership of Senior Pastor Rick Dodd, an apostle, professional singer, songwriter, musician, and recording artist, along with his lovely wife, Karen Dodd, a prophetess, mentor, teacher, and dear friend. Angela was released to preach the gospel, as well as, record two albums with Apostle Rick and True Worship, during her years of being a youth minister, intercessor, & a praise and worship leader.

Angela was also honored to lead worship for recording artists Pastors Sandra and Andrae Crouch, Dorinda Clark-Cole, and Hammer. She was also given the platform to open for Vickie Winans. The privilege of recording with and receiving vocal training from Stellar Award Winner Kenny Smith has also made itself available to Angela. While singing with Mr. Smith, she was afforded the opportunity of leading worship for renowned praise and worship veteran Ron Kenoly.

In February 2003, Angela was ordained into the ministry before returning to her hometown in Dublin, Georgia. She is currently in covenant membership with The House of Refuge Ministries International (THOR) in East Dublin, Georgia under the humble leadership of Dorothy L. Simmons, Senior Pastor. She is deemed as prophetess, elder of praise and worship.

Prophetess Angela is also the founder & president of Angela D. Stanley Ministries, a ministry created to encourage the body of Christ to: 1) sow righteousness 2) reap mercy 3) break fallow grounds, and 4) seek the Lord, (Hosea 10:12) through the worship arts and the spoken Word. New Waters Management and Angart Designs are just two vehicles used to execute this God-ordained vision.

Through New Waters and Angart, Prophetess Angela was enabled to release her 1st original 4-song CD entitled, "Crucified With CHRIST" and recently released her sophomore project entitled,"forever Crucified With CHRIST". In March 2005, she had her national debut appearance for the Bobby Jones Gospel New Artist Showcase, recorded live in Nashville, TN @ Mt. Zion Baptist Church, on the Word Network with the cut, "Fill This Place". In September 2005, Prophetess Angela was chosen to compete in the GMWA Gospel Treasure Search and sang with the GMWA Worship Team in Milwaukee, WI.

Angela D. Stanley Ministries has not only encouraged Prophetess Stanley's singing ministry, but has allowed her prophetic teaching and preaching mantle to carry her into many pulpits across the country. This ministry has also partnered with some of the greatest apostolic ministries of this time. Angela D. Stanley Ministries has spearheaded two major "Unity of the Brethren" revivals with Pastor Dorothy & Elder Larry Simmons & the House of Refuge Ministries International. These revivals included: in March 2006, Bishop J.W. Walker of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and JWW Ministries in Nashville, TN and in September 2006, NBA Legend, Apostle & Prophet Terry Cummings of Terry Cummings Ministries & Cummings Entertainment Group in Atlanta, GA. In February 2007, she teamed up again with Terry Cummings Ministries for PASSION: Burning for the Master Singles’ Revival. God's favor truly precedes this woman and her ministry.

In February 2008, Prophetess Angela began another journey in her life as a devoted wife to Mr. Andre' Perry (Vice President & Business Manager of ADS Ministries & Founder & President of D.O.C. Productions & BBC Developments), and a nurturing stepmother to their four children: Andre', Jr., Shenika, Andre'a, & Jasmin. The road to destiny still continues!
